• Orders cannot be modified or cancelled once confirmed, especially for preorder items.
3. Shipping & Delivery
• Ready-stock items will be shipped within 3 working days.
• Preorders will be shipped upon arrival from overseas.
• All deliveries are handled by third-party couriers. Delivery time and service depend on the logistics provider.
4. Refunds & Cancellations
• Preorders are non-refundable and non-cancellable once purchased.
• If an item is out of stock or cannot be purchased, we will arrange a full refund.
