Refundable Cases:
1. Out of Stock / Unable to Purchase
β’ If an item is out of stock or cannot be sourced via personal shopping, we will notify you and issue a full refund.
2. Wrong Item or Missing Parts
β’ You must apply for a refund within 48 hours of receiving your order, and provide:

β’ Order ID and issue description
β’ Once verified, we will arrange for a refund or exchange.
β Non-Refundable Cases:
β’ Cancellation requests after a preorder item has been successfully purchased
β’ Dissatisfaction due to personal preference (e.g., color, size, style)
β’ Delays caused by third-party logistics (outside our control)
β’ Items that have been used or damaged by the customer
