✅ Refundable Cases:

• You must apply for a refund within 48 hours of receiving your order, and provide:

• Order ID and issue description
• Once verified, we will arrange for a refund or exchange.

• Cancellation requests after a preorder item has been successfully purchased
• Dissatisfaction due to personal preference (e.g., color, size, style)
• Delays caused by third-party logistics (outside our control)
• Items that have been used or damaged by the customer

• Refunds will be processed within 3–7 working days once confirmed.
